Bogdan at level 60 does 210 base damage with a “special” 210 damage DOT for 3 seconds with a 6 second cooldown. Some of our champions do 420 base damage in addition to a special. Our baseline Venthyr troops do more damage than Bogdan. His special should feel like a “special” rather than “needs to hope the enemy lasts more than three turns so that he does at least equal base damage to another damage dealer.”. Please fix.
