there is a grace period i think that hold their place in que. so a dc doesnt cause you to go to the back of the line.

I was on Herod and it was so laggy i left. At least i made it to level 2!

I joined my server when it was Medium population, now it is high… waiting in queue for the last 90 min. I already played and spent time in game, done quests. Is Blizzard considering resolve this? Are you covering free realm migration ? what is the plan?

Us: “Cool, we did. Our whole guild did. It was kind of a clown fiesta. Servers seem too few tbh.”
Them: “Servers are too few! We added two. Move to a new server and reserve your names!”
Us: “I already have my names. I reserved them like you told me to.”
Them: “Seriously. Move. We’ve released three more servers.”
Us: " . . . wtf fine! Ugh. Our WHOLE GUILD will move and try to get our names."
Launch: Queues everywhere. EVERYWHERE. EVEN THE SERVERS RELEASED TONIGHT!!!
Clearly. They have had no idea what they were doing the last three weeks.

WHAT IS THE PLAN??
You still have 150,000+ in queue. Even the new servers have queues.
Our guild spent weeks getting set up and getting our names.
Set up clean servers and give us transfers before reservations.
Let us keep our names!

Lets hope you do something with free transfers as the information you’ve posted so far on it is fairly vague.
I’m assuming that you’ll be charging for people to reconnect with their friends via character transfers, after the dust of this debacle settles.

There is well over 150k people in que across all realms… this is hilarious Iv’e been in que for 4hours now from 13,466 to 5198 …
