Blizzard never merged servers their solutions wa s sharding which ruined he community feel of the game. Merging would have been much better.

Blizzard - Creates 15 realms for WoW Classic.
Players: 204+ min queue times with 10k in place to get into their realm to play WoW.
WoW Community: 15 years sure is a long time to think about what you did 15 years ago!! How history repeats itself.

Time to dig up some more 486’s and copy windows 95 over for “servers”
A lot of people really, really seem to hate the idea of server merges down the road but i dont see any better solution. I would guess a solid third of these severs will be ghost towns in a years time.

Not even. I was on it within 2 minutes. Server went down immediately.
