Yea I agree please don’t nerf EF lol
The changes put it in a perfect spot where it’s not too strong but not too weak.
It really just felt right since the patch

Absolutely agree as well. It feels nice being able to use Upwelling again and feel like it’s doing something.

Yea upwelling is actually fun with a fairly tuned EF (which I think it is)
Feels great with Yuulon → Enveloping Breath Blanket → fat Upwelling EF
