I do not seee a real change on the PvP dummy for damage. How about anyone else?
Training dummies are pretty notorious for not fully enabling pvp coefficients.
23:08:15> Your [Fists of Fury] hit Training Dummy 23,298 Physical.
23:08:39> Your [Fists of Fury] hit PvP Training Dummy 23,297 Physical.
Swapping to conduit of celestials so shado pan armor reduction isn’t in play and accounting for all mobs having 30% base armor, these attacks are hitting for a baseline of ~ 33,283. These training dummies are debuffable, so the 5% physical damage from mystic touch is active here, as it will also be active later.
Now we find our willing pvp participant.
23:15:16> Your [Fists of Fury] Absorbed Lomiru-Kil'jaeden. (74,884 Absorbed) (Critical)
23:15:47> Your [Fists of Fury] Absorbed Lomiru-Kil'jaeden. (74,885 Absorbed) (Critical)
23:16:38> Your [Fists of Fury] Absorbed Lomiru-Kil'jaeden. (49,922 Absorbed)
Those 74,884 damage events are the same 49,922 damage when factoring out the 1.5x crit multiplier. This is against a target with 0 armor, no avoidance, and no versatility. Compared to our pve baseline of 33,283, we can confirm that fists of fury was actually buffed by 50%, not 30%. Simc spell data and the default tooltip both corroborate this.
