I did a couple different searches and I’m not finding much info but apologies if this was already brought up. I did see one message someone posted in GD and was not answered, so I’m posting here.
Since the last patch my fist weapons keep appearing on my shoulders, and not going away even if I bring them out, unequip them, log out etc.
Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue, or if I should report this in game or what, it’s silly, lol.

Just another one of the countless things broken now 
This toon has the fishing hat and pole equipped every single time I log onto him now…
I don’t even fish lol
I hope it’s fixed soon, looks so goofy when I have them on my hands AND my shoulders, lol.
I have had the same thing.
My druid was even sheathing their stave like a sword. My offhand is backwards. I am having a bit of a chuckle at how silly some of the bugs look.
Just give it a while. There is a lot going on and I am sure it will be fixed eventually.

Yup, same here. My Panda monk has his maces transmog’ed into Acid-Etched Knuckles stuck on his shoulders, even when he is holding them. It’s a bit too weird.
Yep, still happening, guess they aren’t in a hurry to fix this one… 
Having the same issue. Logged on my rogue and she has 2 pairs of weapons,one set off to her side, and reg set when unsheathed.My druid also has the issue with her wep showing twice. One on her back and one she has when unsheathed.
Only way around it from what i’ve tested is to de-equip items, log out, log back in and re-equip.
I had this happen on several of my toons. The trick I found to fix it is to un-equip all your armor. Just take everything off. Then log out. Log back in and re-equip your items and it should be fixed.
As a hunter, my legendary crossbow sits on my back wrong and sticks through my head. It’s been this way since i got it. Good times.
I had a crossbow equipped on an alt and it was sideways through his head, coming out of his forehead, lol.
Yep! it’s a nice transmog but i look like a demented unicorn.
I’m having the same issues and it’s all tied to Legion Artifacts for me and it’s happening randomly on every toon.
