Fishing Tournament Bug

There’s a bug that’s allowing multiple people to win the fishing tournament. Roughly 2 winners every 15 minutes. People can turn in their 40 tastyfish to the npc long after a winner has already been announced and still be rewarded with the pole/trinket. It’s possible that it has to do with a server having layers. But there were roughly 20 winners in yesterdays tourney.
