Varies by item.
Any tie you see an item in a vendor window with a number in parentheses on the picture, it’s a limited stock item and the number indicates how many the vendor has for sale at the moment.

If you get yourself to Darkshore there’s a quest that’ll net you a +3 fishing rod. Not as good as the +5 one, but close enough and it’s a free quest reward. Just look for the seemingly out of place Dwarf on the shore close to the docks.

Is the rod even worth it? Rather just use a few baubles to get to 100 and then wait to buy the big iron fishing pole from bootbay ah, since pain in the butt to get it as alliance on pvp.

There’s another vendor at Goldshire that has a chance of having one too, but honestly +5 doesn’t make a big difference you’re going to sit there for 5 years regardless
