Fishing pools in middle of ocean

I found some fishing pools in the middle of the ocean in Hallowfall. I was wondering if there is an item from this expansion that allows for water walking/fishing? Or do i need to get something from a prior expansion like the angler raft from MOP?

I’d go for the raft personally, cause I got it but let’s see. DK and shamans got no problem there. Any others?
