Fishing on Alts - Algari Weaverline and Threads

So I finally got an alt to make my Aqirite Fisherfriend via Crafting orders, had another alt make the Algari Weaverline and I’ve applied 89/90 Algari Seekerthread/34/40 Algari Seekerthread on my main.

Question is:

Do I need to make another Algari Weaverline for an alt who I just maxed fishing on?
Do they share all the threads if I equip a fishing pole? Or do i need to farm all those threads again on the alt?
Or do I need them to be maxed out for them to become truly Warbound?

If I understood correct, you will need a weaverline made and applied for your alt’s poles, but will not need to do the farm on them for threads.
