Rigged my “0” key to “cast”.
But how about a key to “catch/retrieve” ?
Starting the long process to unlock all fishing achievements… And there’s a lot. So something like that would be handy AF!

I don’t think there is without using a 3rd party addon…This would also seem to cross the line of autoplay which blizz frowns upon.

Just watch a show on the other monitor and have your camera facing towards your fisher dude, that way the bobber is bigger and you can click more lazily.
No other way, to avoid botting shenanigans

Since it’s a right click function on an object that moves, there’s no way to macro it.

They want you to actually look at the screen. U can watch TV or netflix whatever with all the volume turned down except for sound effects. You can hear it and easily click on it even with a 1 or so second delay.

I have a weak aura that increases the volume while channelling fishing. Makes it easy to hear when it’s ready so I can watch moves etc while fishing more easily. It’s on wago if anyone is interested.

You press the key for both actions.
I don’t believe there’s a way to do this. You must click the bobber. You can bind the casting of the line to a keybind, but not the reeling it in.
If ppl could fish without having to actually wait and click imagine all the free gold they would make. Part of the challenge of wow fishing is the random location yoyr bobber lands. So to be able to just click a key when you hear splash would be cheating
In case its not clear. There is no keybind to retrieve your fish.
Oh and in case you didnt know heres a tip, you dont have to equip a fishing rod to fish unless your want the rpg feels I guess.
I use an interact with mouseover keybind, so I don’t have to click the bobber.
But you still have to manually mouse over right?
