My apologies for my snarkiness towards you. I’m rather frustrated with both this and the Blizzard GM response to the Timewalking cache only giving a Forbidden Flounder.
Yes, since I only need that 1 resin, I’ve been farming those stupid fishing nets every 4 hours, so I know exactly which fishing holes are up each week. 
My dates are accurate. I was standing right over the ice fishing hole when I made the post to report it again and bump my own thread.
I understand! And thank you. I just hoped to get to the bottom of it since it seems to only be an issue for some. I kept thinking to myself “I know I saw it!”
Thanks for verifying so I know I’m not losing it haha. It just adds more evidence there is something preventing only some from seeing it, but not the assault as a general event.
