This has been going on a couple weeks now. The world quest Fishing Frenzy that requires you to collect 12 meat is not completing once the quest objects are collected. It shows 12/12 items collected but the sound from a failed quest or when you drop a quest plays once the items are collected.

Same problem except…
When completing the Fishing Frenzy quest I get the message ‘Turn in for “Fishing Frenzy!” failed. This quest’s unique reward already exists in your inventory. Remove it to complete this quest.’
However this item is NOT in my inventory, bank, mail nor is it equipped.
“This item” is Ominous Conches, which are marked “Unique (20)”. So if you have more than 15 in your possession (in bags or any bank), the attempt to award the five additional Conches as quest reward will fail because it would take you past the 20 possession limit.
Find where you are keeping those conches and do something to reduce the number to 15 or less.
