Trying to do the “Fishing: Aileron Seamoth” quest in the Azure Span for the “Lend a Helping Span” achivement, yet the quest is not offered by Lukoturukk as it is supposed to be in Iskaara.
Anyone else having this issue and/or know how to get the NPC to offer the quest?
