Fisherman Tinnak not dropping loot

As the title says, Fisherman Tinnak is not dropping the Tattered Seavine needed to craft the harpoon.

Tried multiple times in and out of a group, relogging, no addons, etc. Just not lootable.

I keep checking through out the day. Wowhead says it is supposed to be an event that spawns with him and that is where you get the drop, but even that is not happening.

still not lootable, i assume this is because they disabled rare loot tables which cascaded into this.

That is what I was thinking, but that was fixed. This looks like a different kind of bug.

Just got to loot him - Think he’s still bugged cause he dropped his entire loot table
