First upgrade knocks the timer from 10 hours down to six hours.
I guess this isn’t about fishnet stockings.

I tested it the other day during a lunker group. Set the nets, watched the hole deplete, and my nets disappeared.
Did it like three times in a row.
Meanwhile last week I had a net set in the Ohn’ahra Net Spot for 3 days without picking it up and it was still there 72 hours later.

What I really hate about the nets is having to wait 10 hours to harvest and if the pool falls before rich they disappear so when you come back 10 hours later you have to reset them all over again hoping the pool quality doesn’t drop
The first upgrade you can do cuts it to 6. Not sure what the second upgrade is yet. The upgrade materials are way too rare.

I have only caught long legs in fish nets.
Pretty sure when the hole goes back to full they re-spawn again. I know my server does not have the hole filled at all times. I have never had missing fish despite that. I just go back after the 10 hours is up and at a time it is filled to collect them.

I have found that fishing nets are sort of lackluster. I am fully upgraded and I still mostly just get a handful of Scalebelly Mackerel, and a few of another fish type. I also have to do a quest to unblock the site of the fishing net. So a quest plus a wait time yields very little. Occasionally you get a Khaz’gorite Wire which at this time is nice for rep once/week or to send to alts but overall it is really not a great farming tool.
