Yes I know. I was hesitant to even make this thread as I knew it would invoke an insane amount of jealousy among my peers (I use that term loosely). However what’s the point of being a peacock if you can’t shake your tail feathers every once in a while?

I queued into an in progress twin peaks with you like an hour ago.
I zoned in and you and some dk were beating on everyone, the alliance gy was getting farmed, so I ran away and camoed until the game ended.
And there I was thinking US AM = OCE prime time so better merc…

Exalter, what is the fastest way to grind honor rn? I am not looking forward to trying to get honor level 500.

Probably doing the first BG wins of the day on multiple Alliance characters. You will get bonus honor for the 1st win and for being Alliance. Merc’ing no longer grants the bonus honor.
However I would strongly advise against doing this. The rewards are bad, and the honor gain per time investment is abysmal. I only have this much because I played every class in Legion and did BG’s on all of them plus some of the world quests. When they merged all characters and made honor account wide my honor level skyrocketed to like level 400. The rest is just a byproduct of me continuing to play tons of alts in BfA and constantly q’ing BG’s because I’m sick in the head.

I expected prestige 25 to carry over muuuuuch more than being 80 levels behind the respective reward (midnight courser, still don’t have it bc blizz took mine away)
if I had known that they’d merge all honor, I wouldve done the pvp towers on all my alts and get like level 500 on day 1
I really wanted that final courser but Im too pissed to get it now

Yeah the final courser is nice, just sucks it doesn’t fly. They really screwed people over that focused on 1 character with the merge so I feel bad for you. I didn’t have one honor level 25 char, but had like 10 between 14-20. It would have been fine if they tracked honor accrued after level 25 for those people but if you got 25 and just continued playing that 1 character any honor you would have earned was just lost whereas all of mine was tracked and accounted for since I never reached cap.

yeah i got a ton of levels from the conversion too cause i just bged on 4 alts all day when not arenaing. freaking arcane mage so fun i wore the proven healer title hehe

Are there even rewards for honor anymore? has to something kind of cool for getting to 1000 though?
I was just remembering when they first dismantled a fully functioning and enjoyable PVP gear system and gave us CoD honor talents and prestige ranks in Legion lol.
I have utterly ignored honor since WoD, I don’t even pick up the quests for bonus honor in a BG I am in.

There’s nothing after the last courser mount afaik. It’s all pretty worthless imo, but the last courser does look kind of nice. It’s just a dead system at this point.

I’m almost to 300. Midnight courser was 250, 300 is the awful “The Tactician” title. Is there something after that?

Yeah I think there’s some garbage pet and then that last courser. I may be forgetting something but I think that’s all of it.

I think it’s going to fly in pre-patch and shadowlands they changed all the coursers to flying mounts also!
