Vanilla and playing ever since. I stopped briefly and played Aion and D3 when they came out but I always had a sub.

Technically the first time I played was late TBC. I was around when Mounts went from level 40 to level 30 (for the 60%).

But realistically I usually tell people I started in mid WotLK. That’s the account I’m on now. I only played for a few months on my parents’ dime in TBC, then was away for like a year and a half before I could pay for it myself.
