What will the cause be?
PvE or PvP related death?
Standing in a fire?
Leroy Jenkins it?
Internet disconnect? (LOL)
Mom? (or other outside influence)
My first death may be due to fall damage or a skull level Mob, because I will be traveling my first few levels.
Almost certainly my first death will be from a murloc, while trying to find out what happened to the two NPSc in the Logging camp. If not there, my next guess will be a harvest watcher.
On launch day, probably within the first 15 seconds, someone is just going to try and tag 1 too many mobs.
For me personally, it will probably be the chaotic re spawn of mobs and catch an unexpected add.
If I survive the first 7 levels my first death will be intentional for a free no consequence teleport. I have 6 other intentional deaths before ~16. Running back to quest giver while still under level 15… aint nobody got time for that.
If i play alliance, i think it will be in the mines near goldshire.
If I play horde, it will be doing the alliance tower thing in the barrens near ratchet

If I can’t find a group for it, it’ll be the Barrows Dens in Teldrassil, or the overrun village with Furbolg, or perhaps the camp for the Emerald Dreamcatcher, or the Furbolg village in the south-west.

Level 6 or 7, outside the scarlet tower in tirisfal glades, a lonely undead will hear the sound of 3+ humans being aggrod onto them. “HEgHH” “hehg” “hehgh” in quick succession; The sound of your demise.
Somewhere in the cave at Valley of Trials.
Trying to double, triple, or quadruple pull Mindless zombies and Wretched Zombies for the first undead quest to get ahead of the pack.
Ditto that for rattlecage skeletons.
If you can beat most people through those two quests, you’re pretty home free.
Dying to do that quest you have to be a ghost to do in BRM!

Getting ganked by three Defias when you try and salvage Milly’s grapes. 
First death for me will be when I’m running from durotar to the barrens. I’ll commit suicide as soon as I cross into the barrens so I can use the spirit Rez at the crossroads and save myself the walk.
Similar for me but it will be the Fipps family for a quick port back to Deathknell’s graveyard. That or the spiders in the mine… %@!* that mine.
It is gonna be murlocs.
