I donāt make enough to invest. Literally all my money goes to bills.
Occasionally I get royalties from a book I wrote 15 years ago.

5% of $500,000 is $25,000 so just ask dad for $25,000 and rent out rooms.
Then if daddy gives you $500,000 you still have $475,000 left over, using 20% downpayments for similar properties to the primary residence thatās roughly an additional 4 properties.
