Come on Blizz. Give us more freedom with naming conventions. I like playing MMOs like Gw2 where you can have spaces in names.

Surnames, apostrophes, hyphens, spaces, etc, would go a long way in freeing up some “good” names which are nearly impossible to come by on mid-high pops.
Another more niche thing would be to have different names for each Body type.
Jenkins is a surname.

While i am not against the idea (it would probably make a lot of people happy i guess), but i can’t say that i have ever had a problem getting a decent name, it just tends to take 10 minutes with the character creation screen open along with an online thesaurus, like a while back my friend was making a rogue alt and i ended up suggesting the name Covert to him and it wasn’t taken (this was on a high pop US server too).

Funny thing, early alphas of the original game supported at least spaces in names but that got axed before the public beta.

They will need to code moar unavailable name filters to avoid this
