No. It’s still built into tailoring, I believe.

No. First aid bandages have been rolled into Tailoring and health potions and anti-venoms are in Alchemy.

shrouded-cloth-bandage - Heals 2240 damage over 8 sec.
heavy-shrouded-cloth-bandage - Heals 3520 damage over 8 sec.
