It’s the same for me too.
Those cubes signify a missing graphical asset.
If it was just one person I would suggest a Scan and Repair because very occasionally a file on your machine can get corrupted and result in things like this. But if there’s more than one person it sounds like they pushed an update with a bad file in it. Has happened before, will have to wait for a fix.
I’ve Scanned and Repaired and the problem persists with me. Its super frustrating to get a new mog set and they immediately break some of it. Belt seemd fine on my end but the shoulders are still broken. If a fix is coming I hope its quick.
It also signed me into my Partner’s accout when I clicked on forums from the in-game bug report. That was weird, idk why it did that.

I wish I could send a picture of what the shoulders look like on my dracthyr, it’s very funny. But very distracting.
Strangely enough, on the day I got gifted this dope transmog set, I could see everything on it just fine (except maybe low resolution on the armor and the non-set cloak textures in my dressing room???) but today they are cubed.
Did scan and repair twice now, still no change. Also, I spent a lot of time messing with the graphics settings ingame to fix the low-resolution textures on the pants and other parts of the armorset (as well as the cloaks) and nothing seemed to fix it. Everything looked pretty good before Tuesday.
Unsure what to do. Sad I have to hide my shoulders.
This issue is happening to me too. I rand a scan and repair and it persists.
Scan and repair fixed it for 1 log in. Relogging in and the issue is back
I’m having this issue too! I’ve tried relogging a ton and it doesn’t go away. It’s only been a couple of times that I have seen it without the bug. This is super disappointing since we spent money on them.
That “Duplicate ‘unique key’ 8783 found for ID 1572 in table ItemBonusListGroupEntry” crash comes to mind…
Same is happening to me and two of my guildies. Clearly an issue on Blizzard’s end.

This is still happening inconsistently. Sometimes its there. Sometimes it isnt.
This is happening to me as well. I noticed it after the second login once I equipped the gear, yesterday. Hid the shoulders and belt to “solve” the issue. The visual bug was on my end only. My guildies could not see the issue. Today upon logging, it’s also the head that’s bugged. How annoying to have paid for a mog and this is occurring. I cannot wear it; it’s too distracting.
When are we getting a fix for this ? Getting old not being able to use this mog in it’s correct appearance.
Even as I have it used now my profile here does not even show the appearance on any of the items I have it applied to.
Come on Blues. Been a while now and again with new week starting still the same result. There is something wrong with the cache being saved to the data base. It’s almost like the data is expiring after a while and then refreshing like on a loop.
I notice that my transmog will be cubes when I log in but then may see it refresh and appear properly after several hours. Other times I have had luck applying another transmog to the items and then the fireplume mog will work just after doing that but not always.
Either way pretty frustrating and costing gold to do this.
I’m also been having the issue since December 22nd.
its happening to me too. 20 bucks for a mog that doesnt even work a majority of the time.
