As of right now I just bought the Ore Box with 1 Firelight Ruby but now instead of just instantly opening pr patch 11.2 now you get a Prompt saying “Performing this action will make this item non refundable” By clicking Okay thus accepting that term you would Expect the box to open thus giving me my Ore or whatever I was Buying but sadly no so for now keep handing your Wax in for Firelight Rubies Just don’t spend your Rubies until this Bug is fixed.
