Now that Firelands has released, is it too late to see if we could get some more rep pieces able to be upgraded. There are some pieces that would be nice to be able to upgrade with the firestones. Like for an assassination rogue, currently our only choice for a best in slot item is Riplimb’s Lost Collar which has crit/expertise as secondary stats. But the belt from the vendor, Flamebinding Girdle, has hit and haste which is something I would prefer to use. It would be awesome to have the ability to upgrade the vendor belt similar to how I can with the Morningstar Shard (Thrown weapon from the vendor). I am not sure if there are any other items for other classes that would also benefit from this if this was implemented.

the idea is good, would be cool to get a heroic ilvl belt as an ele/resto shaman as i basically just use the rep belt the whole tier, unfortunately i don’t think it will happen as usually that would have been announced before the raid released

Rather give players an option to get firestone more easily, rather than add more items to the vendor.
At this rate we are going to have more legendary staves than Firestones in our raid. (We have seen 1)
i agree increase the drop rate for firestones no extra gear is needed for the vendor.

Lol we might get a 391 belt but we don’t have a main 397 bis weapon!! We use a 391. The damage increase from a 397 weapon is alot more significant then a 391 belt.
oh and all the while being S tier damage vs feral being stuck at F tier damage.

Sad stuff, in all honesty, all this time you take writing replies, should be spent on the training dummy, so that you can also achieve A to S- tier in this phase.

T11 - Feral was Ranked #19 out 22 - F tier damage (6months)
T12 - Current standing #19 out 22 - F tier damage (for anther 6 months?)
How do people think that this is ok? The utility argument is Null and void espeically when you look at the fact that boomy has the same utiltiy as a druid speced FERAL DPS
T11 Boomy ranked #8 out 22
T12 Boomy is currently ranked #9 out 22
I don’t think where you are ranked in the group matters. It matters more if you are so far behind the group of everyone else that you are not being brought to raids.
…And no one (I clearly mean the majority of raids, not that literally 0 raids bring cats, before the trolls come in to say “i dO”) brings dps cats to raids, so yes I think feral should get looked at.
The best way I could describe it is like this - Would you rather take a raid full of mages or a raid full of druids? You can have your cake and eat it too when it comes to utility and the strength of the toolkit. You are either playing your class for the class, or you are playing for the numbers.
Is your argument that every class should do exactly equal damage? You have a strong enough opinion on this that you make it sound like certain abilities aren’t performing properly, but instead of pointing out specific instances you usually seem to reference lists that say you aren’t performing to your expectations. Just because frost mage can be fun doesn’t mean it deserves to top the charts either but you don’t see any mages out here refusing to adapt and going on and on through forums for 6+ months.
So what exactly is the issue? Help me understand how not topping the charts as a specific class and spec is such a big issue. Swap and be the best (“insert your #1 list item”) you can be!
He just wants buffs to make himself feel better about how -not good- he is at feral.
Notice how I said “in firelands gear”, yet he keeps referencing NOW how they rank? VERY FEW, if any, of them are in their full trinkets/4set/weapon/whatever is necessary to get the numbers up to the SIMs.
I don’t see him saying anything about the 2 cats that are CURRENTLY ranked in the top 50 of ALL dps of all servers, they must be cheating, right?
