I ran 25 a few weeks ago np.
It would have been quite a few weeks ago. Once the raid becomes part of the Timewalking rotation, it becomes flex-sized from then on - it never reverts. The loot tables are combined, however, and you should still receive the same number of drops as if it were 25-man.
