When on object with third party scripts becomes viewable ( Youtube channel being sub only is a bold move blizz - #24 gfycat causes this )
And gets blocked, that layer as well as all body copy gets moved on top of all interactive elements and blocks any interaction with them.
You need to reload the page but as soon as the blocked object becomes visible again the layer order gets borked again.

I don’t think this is in anyway a security issue. ( Other than the endless tracking and data collection every site likes to do )
NoScript just blocks third party scripts from running unless you white list the site they come from and the forums aren’t dealing with this situation gracefully.
It might be an issue with no script itself but I don’t see this behavior on other pages where scripts get blocked.
