The change to fire nova on enhancement has broken the talent and it will not activate to caste regardless of the number of active flame shock targets at any given time.

True. I swap between hailstorm and fire nova like 10 times and then it works. But when I relog, it brokes again.

I’ve swapped talents a few dozen times now and even tried casting it from the spell book…
it doesn’t work after swapping talents you eventually make it work but go into a loading screen and it breaks again, also for some reason i still have lava burst even tho i spec into elemental blast
I was able to fix by speccing a different talent then going back
had this issue today too.
it’s particularly problematic when it occurs in an m+. had to run out and respec after a death to something else. very annoying.
I’ve done that a lot, still will not work.
