Out of curiosity, who said the void is cold? On my few trips to the void I’ve needed to wear shorts and a tiny tank up because of the heat. Perhaps, there are different areas? I was at the beach part of the void catching some rays.

If the Void is essentially like a Black Hole, just endlessly consuming, well, the temperatures of a Black Hole are probably very, very hot.

You’ve got a fire going in your large rough hewn fireplace, you’re curled up in a massive leather chair underneath a warm fleece blanket with a nice hot mug of cocoa sitting on an endtable, and you’re reading your favorite copy of Being and Nothingness by Jean-Paul Sartre. Your wife enters the room. “I’m leaving you,” she announces, like she might announce going to the grocery store to pick up another wedge of brie. “I’ve found a new love. His name is Juan Pablo, and he’s a door-to-door vacuum salesman. He made love to me and it was like a religious experience, only paralleled by that Boston concert we went to back in '82.” She can’t look you in the eye, both because of her shame and because you haven’t stopped reading your book. She leaves without another word. After another twenty minutes, you take a hearty swig of the now somewhat room temperature cocoa, a single tear rolling down your cheek.

That’s what Shadowflame is like.

Well, see it’s just pockets - there are also warm parts. There’s even an outlet mall selling all sorts of interesting bits and bobs.

I’m not sure about that but they did open a new restaurant in the Void Realm recently and I tried it!

To be honest, the food was great but there was no atmosphere! :smiley:
