Beginning in patch 9.0, having the Fandral staff in your transmog collection unlocks fire kitty as a feral form in the barber shop for all druids on your account.
That’s cat form for all specs, not just feral. I’m going to be using pink sparkle kitty as my cat form and using the toy for mood switches.
