Finished the Traveler's Log and did not receive the coin or Buttercup

The other day I thought mine was complete until I moused over it.

I just completed the Traveler’s Log, as well. No Buttercup for me either.

I only have a message that says, “you have collected all rewards for this month.”

check the pet tab its not a click item

Yeah, i had to open my pet collection and click on the little gift box.

I ended up submitting a ticket. I didn’t have anything in my pet collection. No gift or Buttercup.

Just to double check, but you all have gone to the chest in the Trading Post to collect it, yes?

What Ephram said; Rewards aren’t given automatically when you reach milestones in the Travel Log. You have to go to your city to check the chest at the trading post.

Yeah. Can’t interact with the chest anymore.

Maybe try going to the chest with an alt?

I’m having the same issue, finished the log clicked the chest, but not only did i not get the pet, it didnt even register in the trading post achievement still at 10/12 when it should be 11/12 even on my alt it was the same

Same issue. Traveler’s log 1000/1000, but only got 400 coins, and no Buttercup; also didn’t get credit in Trading Post Enthusiast.

Ok, I did extra, now I have the pet, but I’m still 5/12 on Trading Post Enthusiast when I should now be 6/12
