As above. Finished the first superbloom event, got the achievement.
No rewards AT ALL from NPCs and quest not completed.

I completed the quest on one toon, got all 3 reward bags, achievement, etc. The NPC to turn in was phased so I had to relog to turn in the weekly quest. The next toon did another Superboom and got the achievement as well as the 3 bags but no credit whatsoever on the weekly quest. I was in a raid group for both characters.
Cannot be in a raid group for the quest.
I had do complete three Superblooms to get everything. They’re a bit long, but worked out in the end.
This is indeed the reason why I wasn’t getting any progress.
I understand that the majority of quests cannot be completed in a raid group but it would be helpful if they could notate this on this particular quest.

It was the exact same thing with Time Rifts so it was expected on my end.
How do you turn in the Superbloom completion? I go to where the “?” on the map is, but there’s no NPC for turn-in.
EDIT: logged out, logged back in, and thair she be.

Had an account where yes a couple hours after launch of the patch I did the superbloom event, not in a group or raid group or anything, and got no reward cache. I did complete the quest Aiding the accord: Superbloom, and I got the achievement for completing a max superbloom, and I got the 3 bags along the way. I helped kill the final named NPC and everything. Did not get the cache. Have relogged and nothing.
GM ticket directed me to this thread and said have a nice day.

I have the same problem. Not in group. Played 3 times. Didn’t get cache 2 times. Killed boss too. Worked hard to help Sprucecrown. After it’s over everyone flocks to Charelle but she has no ? for me and I can’t even click on her. Tried all you guys said but nothing. So tired of wasting time.
