After the reset yesterday I did both a +4 key dungeon and a Tier 11 delve, and while the +4 key dungeon registered with the expected item level reward in my next week’s vault, the Tier 11 delve did not.
When I looked at my great vault for NEXT week, it claims that I only did a Tier 1 (yes, 1, not 11) delve.
You need to do a 2nd tier 11 delve for it to register. A +4 and tier 11 are 2 different slots
First slot - 2 activities. Always rewards based on lowest.
Second slot - 4 activities. Always rewards based on lowest.
Third slot - 8 activities. Always rewards based on lowest.

No, it takes two delves at 8 or higher for the first delve vault reward to be 649.
OP, you probably did an open world activity (which counts as a tier 1 delve) that gave you vault progress. Go do another tier 8+ delve to get your first delve vault reward for next week upgraded to 649.
please read it again, he said he did a 11 delve. in that case any 8+ delve will open that first vault, like i said.
The lack of clarification in your initial post leaves room for misinterpretation
OP said he did “a +4 key dungeon and a Tier 11 delve” . His delve slot hasnt opened as he has not done 2 delves to open the slot. The delve row opens at 2, 4 , and 8 activites always at the lowest rank. For the tier 11 to be counted it would have to be TWO tier 11 delves. If OP did 2 delves say the 11 and a 7, he would be at ilvl for the 7 as it is the lowest. For vault, there is no point going beyond 8 anyways. Tier 11 is only good for the chests not the vault.
