Finished a M+ 9 and cant loot chest

Was in a group and once we timed the dungeon and completed we all weren’t able to loot the chest but were able to still talk in chat, Logged out and tried to log back in but it told me “A character with that name already exists” then finally was able to log back in but couldn’t loot the chest at all or even open it, wasn’t awarded crests either.

Do we know if any fixes are gonna go out for this or at least be awarded the crests for completing it?

You don’t get jack squat, this is the third time this happened to me at 650pm CST, finally managed to log in past the “character with name already exists” at 657pm, all bosses dead but no chest and no mail with loot for the third time this has happened.
