I feel like the game craps out swords/maces/axes for Outlaw but being the ONLY class that uses agi daggers the sources for them are few and far between. I never see world quests with daggers as an option (even in past expansions). Crafting is an ok option if you only needed one dagger ( RIP Fury warriors as well 4 total sparks if they want crafted weapons).
Are my only options pray for a rare drop high scaled dagger, I already ran all my m0s and surprise of the 4 opportunities for a dagger I did not get one.

I am in the same boat. 379 MH for outlaw from WQ, 376 slow OH for outlaw from a rare, aaaaand 366 daggers from Bloody Token vendor. No luck from m0s, no luck from the one “super” rare that seems to drop a dagger, and 0 seen so far from WQs despite the many axes, swords, or maces.

where are the daggers?
Another day another lack of dagger drops. It won’t be that much of a problem next week but it feels like such a slap in the face to get mace after sword after axe after sword when I just want a decent f’ing dagger. I haven’t seen any rogues get daggers from anything besides bug abuse when the rares loot was tradeable.
I will gladly pay you Tuesday for another daggers and leather belt source today.
Maybe you could try target farming a dagger by changing your loot specialization to Sub. I might try that for myself. The gear is pretty much the same other than weapons so that should help.

I went ahead and spent my first spark on a crafted dagger and then finally got one from a m0 to have a 272 offhand to pair it with. Still no dagger drop from Blisterhide or WQ 
Ya been killing Bister every day, worst part is a HUNTER in my guild ofc it’s a hunter got a 379 Revivalists dagger off a random rare. WTF is this blizz?
Don’t worry man it exists. Just kill blister everyday. It will drop. Persistence is key
I gave up trying to get one from world quests and such, it was always a sword or mace even with my loot spec as sin.
I just went ahead and crafted two, one with a spark and one with a matrix.
Now i just need to find a BS to reforge my spark into a higher ilvl
