Hello returning after a couple years and was wondering whats the best place to find builds?
Probably the most detailed resource right now is subcreation.net. Icyveins is hands down the worst source, so I wouldn’t bother with that, even for an absolute beginner guide to a class. They don’t update their guides very often, and you’ll sometimes find builds that are many months (and class change updates) old. Wowhead is… well, wowhead. They can also be pretty outdated, but more useful than icyveins.
Don’t count out class discords too though, that’s where people will be discussing the latest builds and talent options as they pop up. General class advice will be prevalent there too.

Don’t worry about it until max level. But I like to check warcraft logs and raider.io to see what the top players are doing.
And I’ll fun sims for talents I want to tweak or I’m not sure about.
