Anyone know where to find the book that teaches you find fish, so I can teach fish schools. I want to fish with my Nightborne. My other character has it but he got it when I wasn’t even looking for it
I believe you are looking for the item called “Weather Beaten Journal”.

Weather-Beaten Journal is a World Drop:
- Looted from within containers found when fishing, most commonly from pools such as [Floating Wreckage].
- Found inside any container gathered from fishing, including
[Curious Crate] amongst others. It can also be found inside the daily fishing quest reward, 
[Bag of Fishing Treasures] or 
[Bag of Shiny Things]. - As of
Legion, he book may also be randomly fished up from Fishing pools in the 
Broken Isles and probably other older zones as well.

I always seem to get it quickly on new alts doing the capital cities fishing dailies.

I have almost always gotten it as part of the reward you get for doing Vanilla era fishing dailies—the ones in the capital cities.
I to to STV and fish from the wreckage pools down there on my characters to get the book.

I found it quickly fishing the wreckage in the big lake in Zangarmarsh.
The best place is Windshear Crag. Fish the oil spills.
I’ll keep all the replies/posts in here noted. I haven’t gotten mine yet.
I go and fish Legion fishing pools for it most of the time on my alts now days. It drops quicker from just about any Broken Isle fishing nodes than anywhere else.
You can get it super fast by just going west of orgrimmar and fishing in the river. I got mine, first cast, in one of the wreckage pools.
In Windshear Crag, I always get the book after a few pools.
