He casts an ability that needs to be interrupted. if he gets it off he will boom up

The key to killing him is to try and have full uptime dpsing him. If you aren’t attacking him basically the entire phase, you’ll die to the 4th annihilation.
If he gets a twisting reflections off then just jump off the platform.

If you’re struggling or need tips I’m happy to help. You’ll get to a point where you know exactly what to do and then just have to put it all together. Any mistakes in phase 2 will pretty well make you lose.

So I got to him again lol there’s hope at last. There’s just so much going on that I can’t keep track of what’s going on lol. I’m struggling managing the infernal and the main boss along with the orbs
Getting knocked by them you mean?
You don’t have to dps the infernals at all if you’re trying that. Velen can tank them.
Just keep slowly kitting kruul in a tight ish circle around velen so you can easily get shades without having to move too far. If you can, save an orb or 2 for the very end of the phase. I had to use 2 of them to interrupt his 4th annihilation cast so I didn’t die.

Korvas is the DPS that dies to the fire and spends most of the fight dead. I don’t know what she does, really.
But then again, I am too focused trying not to die to the Horrors as to notice, hahaha.

Do you have the dbm challenges addon, it helps sort out various mechanics.
and yes, orbs interupt, or delay.
