Finally got Lord of the Reins!

I just got a Nightsaber mount off of Shadowclaw in Darkshore, and with it the Lord of the Reins achievement completed. I finally have that beautiful blue serpent and I am so happy right now! I know nobody really cares but thought id share my happiness anyway. I wish all my other Hordies the best of luck on their rare hunting in Darkshore!

Now then, only 49 more mounts until I get the next achievement mount xD

Grats! The Fel Firehawk is really cool!
And yeah, its really confusing which ones count and which ones don’t. I think if you’re Alliance none of your Horde ones will work sadly.
Edit: Also, the Vashj’ir Seahorse doesn’t seem to count :frowning:

Thank you! I’ve given up trying to figure out which ones count - though I’ve gotten three of the Darkshore ones so far. I’ve yet to even see the Kodo for a chance at that one. I’ll just keep grinding away every so slowly.

There is still Pandaland stuff I have to get around too.

Congrats Hella! I just looked up that mount and my god is it beautiful. I’m usually not one for cloud serpent mounts but I may have to make an exception. No luck so far farming darkshore mounts though, I don’t even have all of the arathi mounts, lol.

I’m gonna be honest here. I’m bothered by it too. I don’t even plan on using it on my Horde characters. It will mainly be used on my Nelf Druid.

Oof, tough luck. I know the feeling though. Been trying for the Headless Horseman mount since it first came out and still don’t have it.

I got the headless horseman mount back on my original account in BC or wrath. Had to make a new account after I came back in warlords because I couldn’t retrieve my old account(banned or deactivated idk). Feels bad.

Oof, that really sucks.
I had the same thing sort of happen to me. I have every mount I had on my old account except the Time Lost proto drake. Haven’t gotten lucky enough to get him on my new account here :frowning:

Yeah I agree, the heavenlies are awesome. I hope they add in the albino serpents at some point too, the unarmored versions. Ivory and such. Cloud serpents and drakes (ok like all dragons) are amazing.
