No I started a new character. Exactly the reason why I wasn’t going to spend that on gold.

I rerolled a couple of my characters for the same reason and have been much happier with them.
The first 10 levels are also oddly cozy/relaxing for me as well so it was nice to do.

You re-rolled for 2 talent points? I’m impressed. I have made some talent choices that I want to change, but I’m waiting until I’m level 22 or so and 1 gold is affordable.
But your decision was a reasonable one. Did you go from 1-10 in the same starter zones? Or did you try out some new areas?

I just did that last night on this gal … ground out that 1 gold to respec. (I’d originally planned to try leveling destruction this time around because I already did Affliction in vanilla/TBC, but it plays too much like a fire mage and just didn’t feel right.)
If I knew I screwed up the points at level 10 or 11, yeah, redoing those is probably faster and easier than that 1 gold grind (and knowing the next respec will cost more). LOL, #nochanges, but dang that respec should be pro-rated for number of talent points actually spent.

No I’m still in Elywnn Forest lol. I like it a lot though. It’s my favorite starting area. Looking forward to Westfall though!
