You don’t understand. Paladins whatever their spec is, are good on 1v1. They only have single target damage and they all suffer from purge/mana issues.
Shamans are AoE monsters. They can all spec tank elem, spam Flameshock/Purge/Riptide/Shamanistic Rage and wait for their LB proc and they’ll win without a second thought. Add to that their totem for some kitting if they feel fancy and it’s a walk in the park.
I’m not saying paladins are weak and shamans are OP (though they kinda are), but shamans always have been countering paladins. Going 10v10 is an easily predictable outcome.
