The dread of having this is part of the loot table as VERY RARE, and then knowing your class and/or spec are entirely tuned around you having it is one of the worst things you can experience.
Rogue dealt with this in Shadowlands with that dagger.
At least get rid of the VERY RARE loot chance, or bring back the loot rules from season 4 so we can at least get what our class is tuned around after a few weeks.
As it stands you are 100% guaranteeing that a good amount people who play the class/spec in question will not see the weapon.
