The quest “Final Confrontation” on the Lost Isles still bugged after all these years. Thrall does not make his appearance to aid you in the battle against the Trade Prince. Made a ticket. Have to wait 24 hours for a response. Miss the days when a ticket could take 20 minutes or less to get a response.

As of 8/26/2019 - same issue. Thrall is not there and you cannot defeat Gallywix without him.
April 2020 and no fix yet…
So I just can’t play a goblin now?
This quest is still bugged. Thrall never showed up, but I did manage to kill Gallywix with the help of Aggra. She is standing near Gallywix and started fighting him with me. So I would die, respawn and just keep at it until Gallywix was defeated.
