Its not, despite how dump was the story of WoD, at least it wrap it up and had a way more satisfying ending
BFA literally just ends with N’zoth getting deleted and it just ends there, with no follow up or anything

Not surprised, it’s clear with how that whole fourth war wrapped up and the shorter cinematic in the Eternal Palace that they were short on time and resources - being behind several months 'cause of the band aid fixes.
This one was the most disappointing I’ve seen.

Its better than pulling out N’zoth half way just to delete him
If anything the Saurfang vs Sylvanas cinematic should have been the last one of BFA, a better ending for an expansion that was centered around faction conflict and how they opposed the crazed banshee, which would lead up to Shadowlands

It is stupid how N’zoth, who was built up since Cata to be Warcrafts secondary antagonist died in what is basically a filler expansion (lets be honest) and as the secondary antagonist.
One of his slaves got his own expansion. Think about that.

The Old Gods/Void deserved an expansion.
Nazjatar/Azshara deserved it’s own expansion
Alliance vs Horde deserved to be it’s own expansion.
Now they threw all of them together, which created this mud paste. And they just blew a bunch of great expansion ideas on rushed patches… amazing… well done…

Which only makes BfA immensely disappointing, with few things that are worthy of praise, so much so that even the good things pale in the face of so much negativity achieved in BfA.
