Files not loading for wow

I don’t know how anyone can help with this but when I go to update wow I get a message saying something went wrong with a file it then gives me some ways to fix it but it does not work

Support Forum will probably help you more, but

  • What does this error message say?
  • In the battlenet app, with WoW selected, click the options button and press scan & repair.
  • Worst case scenario you will need to reinstall WoW.

i have tried the scan and repair option but that does not work and reinstalled wow and that still did not fix it.
