Fighting with Style: Upgraded not awarded upon getting 4th skin

I just earned the fourth skin for this achievement from This Side Up, but did not receive the meta-achievement for having all 4 skins.

Of course, I posted on the wrong character - this is the character for which the issue occurred.

Same issue here. Got “This Side Up” (and thus all four upgraded skins) on 1/12/21, but “Fighting With Style: Upgraded” was not earned as it should have been.

This bug(?) still persists - can we get some sort of acknowledgement that this is in fact a bug?
