I think it would be interesting if we could have different fighting styles that are purely cosmetic (kinda like glyphs) like for example
Crane style: Use a multitude of kicks and scratches as if you’re fingernails/claws were talons
Something like that for the crane and other celestials to make monks stand out more
I demand bear style

We kind of have that now with the 3 specs having their own stance and style. WW:TIGER BREW:DRUNKEN MASTER and MW: CRANE.
I honestly never noticed that. I don’t know anything about martial arts
Hard to probably notice on a small race but if you look closely when your in auto attack and out of range each spec has a different stance.

It would be awesome and proof that monks do in fact exist in wow. So stop wishing for things that will never be, the pain is too great.
Think back in MoP monks had stances like warriors, if i remember correctly. Blizzard ended up rolling the stances into the specs.
Mistweaver is very clearly in a serpent stance.
Pandarens actually have a couple of crane stance animations, you can check them out on wowhead’s dressing room, they are called CraneLoop and CraneStart.
