While on the quest “Fifth Challenge of Tyr: Ingenuity”, I lose all energy when I use a dragonriding mount. Traditional mounts don’t trigger this reset. I had this problem on my unholy death knight.
Earlier in the same week I did this quest on other characters and I did not have this issue.

You just have to do it without mounting up. You only need to kill 3 weakened elites, not hard to do on the main (outdoor) level. I’m sure it is a bug and will be fixed but don’t be stuck on it.
