Wanting to level a rogue and give it a common fiery weapon, but not sure if I should go with a slow sword or a fast dagger. Can fiery proc on Sinister Strike?
It has a ppm Procs Per Minute of 6, so I assume it scales based on swing time since the wiki doesnt say anything about procs per swing. I gave a few 2 hand weapons to my friend who was leveling a pally and it was proccing very often, sometimes 2-3 times in a row.
