The OPs intentions are to antagonize people. And really most of the people making FF14 is better posts because otherwise they would make suggestion topics of how to improve the game.

There are tons of those topics. I have posted in many of them myself.

How would you fix WoW

Scrap this entire borrowed power idea. It’s utterly pointless. Player power should be base, not tied to some item or covenant. Which means no more grinding for anima, or artifact power, or azerite, or whatever the hell else they decide to conjure up in the future. Go back to the base design, you go up in levels with every expansion, you get a new talent row and a new skill or two. Remove this arbitrary gating on flying.
